Beko-no furost marka buzdolabımız bundan tam bir ay önce arızalandı. Servis çağırdık ilgili servis aynı gün geldi, hafıza kartının yandığını söyledi. Ellerinde olmadığı için şipariş vereceklerini söyleyip gittiler. O günden sonra defalarca aramamıza ragmen henüz verdikleri şiparişin gelmediğini söylüyorlar. Acaba şiparişi başka gezegendenmi istediler bilmem bir aydır gelemedi. Artık bundan sonra havalar soğudu kış boyu kar nedeniyle gelmez heralde. Bir ailenin buzdolapsız bir ayı geçirmesi kadar zor bişey yoktur. İmalat edilse şimdiye kadar biterdi. Acaba beko türkiye müşterilerine gerekli önemi vermiyormu, müşteri memnuniyetini bilşmiyormu. madem böyle bir parça yok veya tamiri mümkün değilse baştan söylenemezmiydi. Yetkililerden aciliyetle bir çözüm yolu bekliyorum
