Absolutely The Last And Final Update On Amanda Palmer Before Her Gig In Dublin

I promise- last one!

Have been getting traffic from people looking for tickets and I’m afraid your only option is one of the offline places- just checked in Sound Cellar though and they have sold out and Road Records have given back their tickets so no chance there.  You can try over at Toutless– only a few on the post so far so you might get lucky- so hopefully the person that found me with ‘help need amanda palmer sugar club ticket’ will have headed there already.

The moderator there, Toast, also put up a notice about her performing in store when she is in Chapters.  Nothing in the mails said that she would actually be performing and I thought it was just a signing with Neil Gaiman.  So after having a look at the Chapters website she will be performing a special ukulele set.  Yikes- a ukulele but I think she will be doing a better job than the dreaded Tiny Tim.

The place will probably be mobbed one way or the other and hopefully I will be able to get the sons in without too much hassle!

Just more information on Amanda Fucking Palmer from one of her mailings…slightly edited and she calls herself that not me!

Sound Cellar now have tickets for the gig in The Sugar Club on the 16th of February.  Tis going to an intimate solo show which will be great but I would still love to see her in London as Detektivbyrån are supporting.  Chapters sounds interesting as well and Neil may be there so could be an interesting afternoon!

we’ve JUST added a date in DUBLIN, including an ALL-AGES appearance in a bookstore with a special-surprise-guest-author-person who happens
to be there promoting a movie (called coraline: watch the trailer HERE) at the same time and said he’d show up.
